It's simple! You schedule your service online or call our live operators. A technician will be dispatched to your location. A repair service quote will be provided upon our arrival. If any parts are needed, you will be informed of the prices before installation. If repair service is declined, a $49 diagnostic fee will apply instead of the repair rate. Parts are not included in the flat rate. Certain services do not qualify for flat rate pricing. Payment is due when service is rendered.
